Siobhán joined Forus Training in January 2020 initially as part of the Programme Development team and progressed into the position of QA Officer. The QA Officer is responsible for the sharing of quality assurance information and raising awareness at an operational level so as to support the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of academic standards and integrity across the organisation. Siobhán’s background is in finance in which she holds her Qualified Financial Advisor designation but she also has a BA in Spa and Wellness Management which she achieved as a mature student. Working for Forus Training has enabled Siobhán to see training from a completely different perspective particularly in terms of the quality of the courses we produce and how much emphasis needs to be placed on ensuring that the learner is always our number one priority.
